Welcome to LITTLE GOLDEN LIGHT

In 2023, Little Golden Light became a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

We are now expanding our mission through Little Golden Miles, a low-to-no-cost Luxury Transportation and a consistent transportation program for families battling pediatric cancer, addressing a critical barrier I have witnessed firsthand: ensuring children never miss treatment because of transportation, Parking, Traffic, and expensive ride-share challenges.

Today, we are excited to announce the upcoming launch of our Transportation Assistance Program, a new initiative designed to help children and families travel safely and comfortably to and from their treatment appointments. This service will be fully child-centered, providing a warm, friendly, and dependable ride experience during some of their toughest times

At just 14 months old, I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma at Memorial Sloan Kettering, relapsing at age 4 and continuing treatment until age 6. I am a 2x Stage 4 Neuroblastoma (kidney Gland then Brain) survivor and have been a Patient at MSK for 22 years. Thanks to the exceptional care I received from Dr. Gilheeney and the entire Neuroblastoma and Long-Term Follow-Up teams at MSKCC, I have been in remission since 2013. I am also a 4x brain tumor survivor (2015-2021), and I have remained a patient at MSKCC’s 9th Floor Pediatric Center since 2003.

In 2018, during my Junior Year of High School, I founded Little Golden Light to transform my journey into a mission of service. What started as a holiday toy drive has grown into an organization that has donated over 30,000 toys to children across 10 pediatric cancer hospitals in New York City. We also organize Christmas in July events, Halloween treat bag deliveries, and virtual bingo games with gift basket prizes and Mobile Gaming Carts to bring moments of joy to children facing cancer.
